We are a private equity fund manager, established in 2000.

We make long term investments of up to £20 million in UK-based businesses that require additional resources to grow or that are either financially, operationally or strategically challenged.

Currently we are investing our fourth fund, the Kelso Place Special Situations Fund, which closed in December 2009. Our previous three funds invested in eleven companies.
