We are a private equity fund manager, established in 2000.

We make long term investments in UK-based businesses that require additional resources to grow or that are either financially, operationally or strategically challenged.

Currently we are investing our third fund, the £100 million Kelso Place UK Special Situations Fund, which closed in Autumn 2006 and has, to date, made three investments. Our previous two funds invested in eight companies.
