Philip Dougall

Phil joined Kelso Place in September 2011 having gained over 20 years of experience in special situations investing, corporate finance, mergers/acquisitions and lending. As CEO of Sun European Partners, a leading investor in special situations, Phil was responsible for all aspects of the business, including transaction origination and execution, financing and portfolio management. Phil also has extensive experience in corporate finance and lending following careers at Lehman Brothers and Chemical Bank.
