Charles Bodie

Charles joined Kelso Place in February 2005 from Singer & Friedlander, where he gained extensive experience across a broad range of banking services. Specialising in Structured Finance, he worked alongside management teams and private equity houses, primarily structuring senior debt and mezzanine facilities for UK small/medium corporate buy-outs. As part of Singer & Friedlander's new business team, Charles was responsible for deal origination and marketing initiatives. His experience also includes fixed income, LBO's, football sector lending and managing a number of corporate work-out.
