Kelso Place Asset Management

We are a private equity fund manager, established in 2000.

We make long term investments of up to £20 million in UK-based businesses that require additional resources to grow or that are either financially, operationally or strategically challenged.

Currently we are investing our third fund, the Kelso Place UK Special Situations Fund, which closed in Autumn 2006 and has, to date, made three investments. Our previous two funds invested in eight companies.
